INOUMI First Flush Classic Japanese Matcha is a ceremonial grade green tea powder made from carefully selected tea leaves harvested during the first flush of spring in Japan. The tea plants are shade-grown for around three weeks before harvesting, helping develop the matcha's vivid jade colour, fine texture and naturally rounded, umami-rich flavour.
Slowly stone-milled to preserve its smooth texture, colour and flavour, this matcha whisks into a fine froth without the need for sifting. With no added sugar, sweeteners or fillers, it can be enjoyed traditionally with water or combined with dairy milk or a plant-based alternative for a creamy latte. Each 50g pouch provides approximately 30 servings.
