We offer free standard delivery on all orders within the UK. Please note, free postage is only available on standard delivery to UK mainland addresses.
UK Standard Delivery
Our Standard Delivery cost is FREE, regardless of how many items you purchase. Standard Delivery orders arrive within 2-4 working days and are dispatched via Royal Mail.
Delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. We aim to meet the timescales but during busy periods (including Christmas) deliveries may take a little longer.
Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address to your payment address if that is more convenient for you.
UK Express Delivery
We offer a few express delivery options allowing you to pick the best on to suit your needs.

DPD Next Working Day - £9.95
UK Saturday Delivery
We now offer an option to get your order delivered to you on a Saturday.
DPD Saturday Delivery - £15.00
OUR DISPATCHING HOURS?
We dispatch Monday – Friday from 9.00am to 2.30pm (Excluding Bank Holidays). As mentioned above, Next Working Day orders must be placed by 1pm to be dispatched that day.
WHEN WILL YOU DISPATCH MY ORDER?
All orders will be shipped as soon as all the items are available – subject to payment authorisation.
Please note: At exceptionally busy times like Christmas, or in periods of adverse weather conditions, deliveries may be delayed by a day or two beyond normal time scales quoted. At these times we cannot guarantee next day delivery when selected.
WILL I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?
If your order is small, light and relatively inexpensive, and you choose to have it sent to you via our Standard or Express services, it will be delivered to you via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 24 and should be delivered with your normal mail.
Larger, expensive items and Next Working Day orders will be sent via our chosen couriers DPD and will normally require a signature.
MISSING OR DAMAGED DELIVERY?
If your goods have either been received damaged or are missing, please contact customer services immediately, either by email email@example.com or by calling us on 020 3598 9808.
If the goods are damaged we will need proof of the damage, either by the item being returned to us, or in some cases an image sent via email. Customer Services can advise you on the best course of action. Once we have verified the damage we can then rectify the situation.
If your goods have simply gone missing, for UK orders we simply have to wait 15 days past the standard delivery time and we can then re-send you the goods. If you are an overseas customer, we have to wait up to a maximum of 30 days from dispatch. After this period has passed we can re-send the goods
