Our 'everything' marinade

This marinade has one enviable resume: BBQ marinade, dip, salad dressing, stir fry saviour. The rich, roasted garlic flavour wins diners over, but it's our spices they come back for.

We fondly call our Roasted Garlic & Chilli Marinade 'Lasooni'. Hindi for garlic, and named as such for the very simple reason that there's a lot of beautiful roasted garlic in this bold marinade. Our 'everything' marinade, this is one of the most versatile products in our collection. We're yet to find something it doesn't improve, making this marinade our go-to when we want to bring deep flavour with very little effort. This marinade celebrates garlic at its most indulgent, roasted until mellow and golden, then layered with smoky paprika, Kashmiri chilli, cumin and tamarind for a tangy lift, with the kind of flavour that makes anything taste like a signature dish.

The range has been carefully developed over months to ensure Michelin star precision, expect the same rich depth of flavour and taste as the restaurant, allowing you to spend more time at the table and less in the kitchen. Tomato Passata, Garlic, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, White Vinegar, Sugar, Garam Masala, Water, Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Black Pepper, Red Chillies, Whole Kashmiri Chillis, Bay Leaves, Hot Red Chilli Powder

Directions

Coat: Choose and prepare 800g of meat, fish or vegetables, then thoroughly coat in the marinade.

Cool: Place in the fridge for 30 minutes (or overnight for maximum flavour).

Cook: Simply barbecue, grill or oven cook until done.

Chef's tip: Drizzle with melted butter & serve alongside our tandoori onion chutney.

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate and consume within 10 days of opening.
