Famously known as Hariyali (green) Tikka, this refreshing marinade, which originated in Northern India, is made with coriander, mint and lemon, and is perfect for a summer barbecue. It's extremely versatile, working wonders with any white meats, and can be used as a marinade, spread, dip or chutney.

Rooted in tradition our Green Tikka Marinade encapsulates the flavours that have graced Indian kitchens for centuries, offering an aromatic experience unlike any other. At the heart of this marinade is the bold, herbaceous freshness of freshly chopped coriander and mint, combined with the zesty citrus of lemon. Ingredients

Coriander Leaves, Baby Spinach, Yogurt (Milk), Onions, Vinegar, Vegetable Oil, Mint, Green Chilli, Ginger, Salt, Mango, Cumin Seeds, Sugar, Chlorophyll

Directions

Coat: Choose and prepare 800g of meat, fish or vegetables, then thoroughly coat in the marinade.

Cool: Place in the fridge for 30 minutes (or overnight for maximum flavour).

Cook: Simply barbecue, grill or oven cook until done.

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate and consume within 10 days of opening.
