A bold South Indian favourite

A deep, tangy sauce with Kashmiri chillis, tamarind, and a hint of Fennel - slow-cooked for layers of heat and warmth, perfect for those who crave a punch of spice.

Rooted in South Indian tradition, our Madras sauce brings bold flavour without overpowering heat. Tamarind adds gentle tang, while Kashmiri chillies, fennel and a touch of black pepper create a warming, layered base. It's slow-cooked for depth and richness, with just the right kick to keep things interesting. Made to coat your chosen protein or veg in a sauce that's full-bodied, balanced and quietly complex. This is restaurant-quality curry. Bold enough to stand out, balanced enough to enjoy any night of the week.

All our products follow our famous recipes from the Gymkhana restaurant and have been developed and approved by our team of Michelin Star chefs. The range has been carefully developed over months to ensure Michelin star precision, expect the same rich depth of flavour and taste as the restaurant, allowing you to spend more time at the table and less in the kitchen. We use the highest quality ingredients using the same supply chain as Gymkhana restaurant. Our ingredients are thoughtfully sourced from India and the UK to deliver the purest Indian flavour, similar to what you would experience at Gymkhana restaurant.
