A classic
An essential for your BBQs, roasting and grilling. A classic we take seriously, using only the highest quality Kashmiri chillis, garam masala, and mustard oil.
Our Classic Tandoori Marinade is inspired by the centuries-old tradition of cooking in the tandoor - first used in the royal courts of North India. This method gives each dish its signature char, tenderness, and smokiness; a technique that's still at the heart of our kitchen today. Our marinade is rich with Kashmiri chilli for heat and vibrancy, black cardamom for an added smoky flavour, and a warming undertone of cinnamon, clove and cumin, all folded into a yoghurt base. Simply coat your chicken, lamb, paneer or vegetables and let the marinade do the work. Roast in the oven, finish on the grill, or take it outside to the BBQ. However you cook with it, you'll unlock the same flavour-packed punch that's earned us two Michelin stars.
All our products follow our famous recipes from the Gymkhana restaurant and have been developed and approved by our team of Michelin Star chefs. The range has been carefully developed over months to ensure Michelin star precision, expect the same rich depth of flavour and taste as the restaurant, allowing you to spend more time at the table and less in the kitchen. We use the highest quality ingredients using the same supply chain as Gymkhana restaurant. Our ingredients are thoughtfully sourced from India and the UK to deliver the purest Indian flavour, similar to what you would experience at Gymkhana restaurant.
