Research has shown resihi may play a role in helping maintain the immune system:

• Natural chemicals called polysaccharides are thought to play an important role in reishi’s benefits, with one study showing that they were able to help nerve cells, involved in the body’s immune response, grow.

Brewing Instructions

Use one tea bag per cup. Leave to brew for 3-4 minutes in freshly boiled water.
