Description

Parmesan Mini Lingue are super thin, crispy mini flatbreads from Piemonte, made with extra virgin olive oil and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. They are a miniaturised version of our popular lingue flatbreads, easy to handle and great for snack packs, picnics and packed lunches. These handmade crackers use simple, authentic ingredients.

The dough is rolled out by hand, then baked to a crispy, golden flatbread. These savoury mini flatbreads pair perfectly with cheese and antipasti. Once opened, reseal the packet to make it airtight and eat within two weeks.
