Organic Whole Wheat Fusilli is made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina, grown and milled in Canosa di Puglia, southern Italy. The region has a long tradition of producing exceptional wheat.

Bronze extruded for a naturally rough, porous surface, each spiral grips sauce well. The whole wheat gives a nutty flavour and a satisfying bite. Try it with a chunky tomato ragu, a vivid pesto, or in a baked pasta dish.
