This cocoa enriched gluten free blend of oats and chia seed with soy protein powder, coconut palm sugar and cocoa chocolate drops, is delicious way to start the day. One 50g serving of the blend includes 11g of plant-based protein which supports growth and maintenance of muscles. Chocolate Protein Overnight Oats is also a source of magnesium, delivering 19% of your recommended daily intake, which supports the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and supports muscle function. A 50g serving is also rich in Manganese (55% of RI) which supports normal bones and contributes to the normal function of connective tissue. The blend also contains Copper (44% RI), Iron (25% RI) and Zinc (16% RI) which all support the immune system.

How to Prepare

  • Soak: Combine all ingredients in the jar or bowl. Add a milk or liquid of your choice, stir until well combined.
  • Chill: Cover and refrigerate oats overnight.
  • Enjoy: Wake up to a delicious and nutrient packed breakfast!

Tips for preparing Linwoods Overnight Oats 

  • 1 serving = 50g Chocolate Protein Overnight Oats
  • Ensure the oats are covered with milk/yoghurt to prevent them from drying out.
  • Be sure to add the correct amount of milk or yogurt, depending on the flavour of Overnight Oats you are making:
    Add 125ml of milk or yogurt to 50g of Chocolate Protein Overnight Oats
  • Stir the oats before serving.


Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 45 days. When soaked in a milk or liquid of your choice, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours
