Blanxart Dark Chocolate Bar Congo 93% is an organic, vegan Bean-to-Bar chocolate. It is made from carefully selected cocoa beans grown in the Mountains of the Moon region of Congo. Every step is controlled, from cocoa selection at origin to final packaging in Barcelona.
This sugar-free dark chocolate has no added sugar and no artificial sweeteners. A light sweetness comes from natural plant fiber (agave). It balances the high cocoa content and keeps the pure cocoa character. Expect strong cocoa, fruity notes, gentle spice and a light earthy finish.
