A balsamic vinegar dressing with dark rich flavours of spiced figs and cinnamon with a slight chilli kick. An oil-free fusion of well blended flavours accompanied by a warm spicy note that allows the subtle sweetness of honey and pomegranate syrup to show through.

As the judges noted our Spiced Fig Balsamic Vinegar Dressing and Dip is "Gorgeous. A rich dark colour and quite pungent. We think the flavours are well-balanced; we can taste the figs and the cinnamon and we like the chilli kick. The flavours still linger, even with the heat. A very good product."
