These organic Kalamata olives are hand selected and traditionally cured at the Rovies grove on the Greek island of Evia. Naturally sun ripened on the tree, they have a rich dark colour, firm texture and distinctive flavour.

Cured on the same day they are harvested and packed by hand on site, these pitted olives are stored in brine with red wine vinegar. Perfect for salads, mezze, pasta dishes or enjoying straight from the jar.
