Directions
Take 1 friendly bacteria and 1 vitamins and mineral capsule daily with breakfast. Friendly bacteria capsule can be swallowed whole or pulled apart and mixed with cold food or cold drink.
If taking antibiotics: Take 1 friendly bacteria and 1 vitamins and mineral capsule daily. Wait 2-4 hours between taking Probio7 50 Plus and your antibiotic.
