Payst Thai Green Curry Paste is a bold, fragrant curry paste handcrafted in small batches for Thai dishes at home. Made with green chillies, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime, garlic, shallots and a touch of fresh herbs, this 100g paste delivers the vibrant heat and herby freshness of a classic Thai green curry. It is pure, plant-based and naturally gluten-free.
The carefully balanced spice mix brings out earthy undertones and a creamy finish when combined with coconut milk. It is ideal for spooning over jasmine rice or soaking into noodles. Each 100g jar makes 2 generous portions.
