I had been under a consultant and was being prescribed strong medication with painful IBS symptoms. Since taking this once a day I am generally pain and cramp free
Has been working well. Suffered IBS for years this seems to calm it.
I am a huge fan of the Optibac products. I suffer with chronic IBS/C. After years of suffering with pain & bloating and constipation (It had gotten to the point of a daily basis) And NONE of the prescriptions from my GP worked. I found Optibac and tried the 'One Week Flat' supplement. Within 2 hours of taking it my pain and bloating had gone! I did need to use it for more than one week, but I was happy to do that, then after a few months I no longer needed to take it every day. The one thing though that is still causing me grief though is the chronic constipation, so I tried the Bifidobacteria & Fibre. It does warn you of the side effects and as promised after about 5 days mine had gone, but I am sorry to say I am still having issues with my bowels. I am taking the maximum dose of 4 a day and don't get me wrong, they are definitely helping somewhat, but without going into too much detail things are still not right. I have purchased some more in the hope that persistence will overcome resistance. :) If anyone has any advice or other recommendations for me, I would be very grateful.
