The chaga mushroom, also known as Inonotus obliquus, is native to northern Scandinavia and Siberia, where it is often seen growing on birch trees. The Sami people of northern Scandinavia have a long-standing tradition of using chaga. They would grate the mushroom into a fine powder and brew a warm beverage, which warmed them during the freezing cold winters. This traditional use is a testament to the mushroom's use and cultural significance.

Directions
Take 1 tablet in the morning, with a glass of water. Do not exceed the stated dose. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age
