Navarino Icons Sea Salt Flower 400g is a traditional Fleur de Sel hand-harvested from the Mesolongi Sea. The sea water is naturally evaporated in sea-water pools, then the salt is washed with pure water and sun-dried before being crushed into fine crystals.
Produced using natural processes without additives, this unrefined sea salt retains its naturally occurring trace minerals. Its delicate crystals make it a versatile finishing salt for adding flavour to everyday dishes.
