Ingredients

avena sativa (oat straw) (15%), rose petal, red clover (12.5%), alfalfa leaf, golden flax seed, nettle leaf, fenugreek, elecampane root, apple, angelica root & mugwort.

Directions of Use

Daily dose: one capsule, twice a day (AM & PM)

One dose (2 capsules) will provide 120mg of Avena Sativa that supports hormone balance and energy, with 100mg of Red Clover that has been shown to reduce hot flushes and other common menopause symptoms.
