When soaked in water or milk these tiny seeds can absorb approximately 10 times their weight and form a very versatile gelatine-like substance.

Directions

Use up to 15g (1 1/2 tablespoons) per day. Stir into porridge or yogurt, add to homemade snack bar or use in baking.
