A safe treatment and faster relief for short-term diarrhoea, such as travellers’ diarrhoea and stomach bugs caused by viral or bacterial infection, food poisoning, food allergies or IBS.

  • Suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
  • Completely non-allergenic.
  • ENTEROSGEL is not a drug. It works just in the gut, acting like a clever sponge, gently cleansing the gut of harmful substances and before expelling them from the body in the stool.
  • All studies with ENTEROSGEL have proven that it is safe with few side effects.

What is Enterosgel?

ENTEROSGEL is an over-the-counter intestinal adsorbent suitable for children and adults. It is a gel composed of organic mineral and water that binds to toxins and harmful substances in your gut, transporting them out of the body with the stool. It is effective as an ALL-IN-ONE treatment for IBS diarrhoea and also relieves abdominal pain, bloating, urgency and improves quality of life!

How does Enterosgel work?

ENTEROSGEL passes through the gut, binding to bacterial toxins, immune chemicals and other harmful substances which can cause your symptoms, expelling them from the body via the stool. It is a safe and effective treatment for IBS diarrhoea and for short-term diarrhoea (travellers’ diarrhoea, tummy bugs) in children and adults.

What Enterosgel Is Made Of?

ENTEROSGEL is made of an organic mineral called Polymethylsiloxane polyhydrate. Its porous structure allows it to capture harmful molecules in the gut and remove them.

ENTEROSGEL® is based on organic mineral: 70% polymethylsiloxane polyhydrate, 30% purified water.

Is Enterosgel Suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians?

Yes! ENTEROSGEL is completely free of any animal-derived ingredients, as well as gluten, preservatives, sugar, and additives. It has no taste or colour and is well tolerated by both children and adults.

How Do I Take Enterosgel?

Take ENTEROSGEL® treatment 1-2 hours before or after a meal and 2 hours before or after taking oral medications. Dilute the dose in water of room temperature prior to its administration.

Duration of treatment with ENTEROSGEL® is 3–5 days for acute diarrhoea and up to 30 days for medically diagnosed IBS-D followed by a 3 day break.

Please note: Follow the dosage recommendations in the information leaflet inside the package. You can decide for yourself if you need to decrease or increase your dosage depending on your symptoms and bowel movements.

Contraindications

Do not take ENTEROSGEL®: if you are currently using modified-release orally administrated medications, if you have intestinal atony (severe constipation due to bowel obstruction), intestinal blockage, or intolerance based on prior use of ENTEROSGEL®.

Precautions

If there is fever, blood in your stools, signs of dehydration, six or more episodes of diarrhoea in the last 24 hours, diarrhoea and vomiting at the same time, or a severe or continuous stomach ache, seek medical advice as soon as possible, especially in children.
