How to Use
Always check the appliance manual and manufacturer's guidance before descaling. Never boil the descaling solution in the kettle.
For Kettles:
- Fill the kettle halfway with water and boil.
- Once boiled, add the contents of one sachet to the hot water.
- Leave for 30 minutes, then rinse the kettle several times to remove limescale flakes and residue.
For Irons:
- Add 400ml of boiled water to a measuring jug.
- Dissolve the contents of one sachet in the boiled water.
- Allow the solution to cool, then carefully pour it into the iron and steam through until empty.
- Refill the iron with fresh, clean water and steam through until empty.
Suggested Use
Use regularly to help maintain appliances and remove limescale build-up. Ecozone recommends descaling appliances once a month.
Packaging
Cardboard packaging contains 90% recycled material. Sachets are made from laminate. Please check local recycling guidance.
