Ingredients

Flour Blend (Brown Rice Flour, White Rice Flour, Maize Starch, Tapioca Starch, Maize Flour), Soft Brown Sugar, Sugar, Baking Powder (Raising Agents (Mono Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Corn Starch), Himalayan Crystal Salt.

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180C (160C fan), 350F or Gas Mark 4. Empty the 300g cake mix into a bowl and add the required wet ingredients according to the packaging instructions. Mix until smooth, pour into a greased baking tin and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.

Suggested Use
