Rich in lauric acid, calcium, and magnesium, coconut butter can boost immunity and bone strength, as well as help diminish the strength of harmful bacteria and viruses. Note: The oil in coconut butter naturally separates to the top. To blend, simply submerge your jar in hot water for 10 minutes and stir, making sure to not get water into the jar!
