Clearspring Organic Dried Daikon is made from Japanese white radish that is simply shredded and slowly dried using traditional methods. The drying process concentrates its naturally sweet and mellow flavour while preserving much of the vegetable's nutritional value.
With its versatile texture and flavour, dried daikon is a useful ingredient for Japanese-inspired cooking and a range of everyday dishes. Soak it in warm water before use, then saute on its own or with other vegetables, or use the soaking water to make stock.
