If you are using a hearing aid then you should not use Cl-ear Olive Oil Drops unless under supervision from your doctor.
Can Cl-ear Olive Oil Ear Drops be used with grommets?
No. Cl-ear Olive Oil Ear Drops are only for use in the treatment of ear wax in the ear canal where the eardrum is intact.

Directions for use
Use to treat stubborn ear wax the natural, gentle way.
- Tilt your head to one side with the affected ear facing up.
- Avoid touching the ear with the nozzle and do not put the nozzle into the ear canal.
- Hold the nozzle away from the ear and gently squeeze 2 to 3 drops into the ear.
- Gently massage around the outside of the ear.
- Allow a few minutes for the drops to reach the ear drum, keeping the head tilted.
- Plug the ear lightly with cotton wool if required to prevent leakage. Leave for a few minutes.
- To remove oil, tilt head so that ear is facing downwards and allow oil to drain. Gently wipe the outside of the ear to remove residue.
- Gently wipe the dropper with clean cotton wool after use.
Use twice a day for up to 7 days. If symptoms persist consult a doctor. Can also be used once a week to prevent the build up of ear wax.
Safe for adults of all ages and children - children under the age of 12 should receive a medical diagnosis before using to confirm ear wax is present. Can also be used during pregnancy and by those breastfeeding.
Do not use Cl-ear Olive Oil Ear Drops if:
- You are allergic or sensitive to Cl-ear Olive Oil Ear Dops
- If the ear is infected, inflamed or bleeding or if the eardrum is ruptured.
- There are no known side effects when using olive oil but if you experience any irritation or other effects, stop using them and tell your doctor or pharmacist.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are using any other medication in your ears.
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 30 days of first opening otherwise discard the contents.
