Chillis Galore Jamaican Peppers Chilli Jam is the original jam that started the Chillis Galore story and is their hottest jam. Made with sugar, peppers, cider vinegar, lemon and hot Caribbean peppers, it delivers a bold chilli flavour that is described as addictive from the first bite. The jam is especially suited to cheese and crackers, but can also be enjoyed in a variety of savoury dishes.
This versatile chilli jam can be paired with cheese and crackers, used in cheese toasties, served with roasted chicken or grilled halloumi, or spread onto sandwiches and avocado toast. It can also be used to create stacked crackers with sourdough crackers, cheese, chilli jam, hummus and avocado. The product is vegan, gluten free, dairy free, plant-based and free from sulphites in the cider vinegar.
