Yes, you can take Energy Gum alongside other caffeinated products. Just make sure that you aware of the total amount of caffeine that you have taken in one day and do not exceed recommended limits. General guidance is that a healthy adult should not take more than 400 mg of caffeine per day, but the appropriate limit will vary from person to person.

Directions for use

Chew one piece for a pick-me-up, two for increased concentration and three for endurance.

We recommend not exceeding 4 pieces of Energy Gum per day. Remember, one piece of Energy Gum contains 50mg of caffeine, which is approximately the same amount as one espresso.

Not recommended for children or pregnant women (200mg/100g).
