BetterYou Vitamin D 3000 IU Daily Oral Spray is an optimum strength supplement formulated to deliver vitamin D directly through the soft tissue of the mouth for fast, efficient absorption. Each spray provides 3000IU of cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), released in micro-sized droplets that coat the inner cheek and permeate into the rich vein system beneath, allowing the nutrient to enter the bloodstream quickly rather than relying on slower digestive absorption. Naturally flavoured with peppermint oil, it offers a pleasant, convenient daily dose without the need for water or food.
Designed for adults living in the northern hemisphere, this oral spray offers a practical way to maintain healthy vitamin D levels year-round, particularly for those with limited sun exposure, darker skin, or who are aged 65 and over. It supports normal bone, teeth, and muscle function through healthy calcium absorption, while contributing to the normal functioning of the immune system. Suitable for daily use alongside other BetterYou oral sprays, it fits easily into any routine, at any time of day.
