How to use
Bath
Add 250g of Magnesium Relax Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath.
Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase the amount for a more intensive experience.
Footbath
Add 150g Magnesium Relax Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5L of water, enough to cover feet.
Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
Dosage
750g of Magnesium Relax Flakes contains 90g of magnesium.

Storage
