Directions

Adults: Add half a teaspoon (2g) to 250ml of water or your favourite drink and mix well. Can be added to juice, protein shakes and smoothies.

Children 3 years and up: halve the dosage

Dosage: 1 serving delivers 375mg (100% NRV) of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium. Contains 60 doses.
