Ingredients
D3000 Oral Spray: Water, xylitol, acacia gum, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), sunflower lecithin, citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, peppermint oil.
Boost B12 Oral Spray: Water, xylitol, natural apricot flavour, citric acid, methylcobalamin (B12), preservative: potassium sorbate, green tea extract, chromium chloride.
MultiVit Oral Spray: Water, xylitol, emulsifier: acacia gum, ascorbic acid (C), niacinamide (B3), calcium D-pantothenate (B5), riboflavin 5 phosphate sodium (B2), medium chain triglyceride oil, pyridoxine HCI (B6), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, thiamine mononitrate (B1), preservative: potassium sorbate, flavouring: strawberry and kiwi natural flavouring, folic acid, acidity regulators: citric acid and sodium hydroxide, vitamin A palmitate (A), thickener: xanthan gum, potassium iodine, sodium selenate, phytomenadione (K1), D-biotin (B7), cholecalciferol (D3), methylcobalamin (B12).

How to use
Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
Replace the cap after use.
Dosage
- D3000 – 1 spray per day, delivers 3000IU vitamin D
- Boost B12 – 4 sprays per day, delivers 1,200μg vitamin B12
- MultiVit – 4 sprays per day
Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.
No known contraindications with prescribed medications.
Advisory information
Do not exceed recommended dosage. Contains xylitol – excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.

The BetterYou Source
The source of vitamin D3 is Lanolin. This has been sourced from the wool of sheep living in Australia. The D3 is completely extracted from the Lanolin and while it is suitable for vegetarians (approved by the vegetarian society) it may not be suitable for those wishing to follow a strict vegan diet.
