How to Use
Add 2 drops of Bach Vine to a glass of water and sip at intervals. Refill if necessary.
With other flower remedies: Add 2 drops of each remedy (up to 7 remedies) to a 30ml mixing bottle, top up with mineral water and take 4 drops at least 4 times daily.
Remedies may also be taken directly on the tongue or applied to the lips, behind the ears, or on the temples and wrists. Can be used as often as required.
