Chickpea Meal*, Chickpea Flour*, Onions*, Salt, Cumin* (1.5%), Rice Flour*, Parsley*, Garlic*, Coriander* (0.5%), Parsnips* Carrots*, Pepper*, Turmeric*, Olive Oil*

Preparation
Mix content with 200ml of boiling water, stir and leave for 15 minutes. Shape falafels to approx. 3-4 cm diameter and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Store in a cool, dry place.
