Wheatgerm oil - a  nourishing, nutrient-rich oil suitable for dry, damaged, or mature skin

Wheatgerm is packed full of essential fatty acids and minerals. It’s high in Vitamin E and other powerful antioxidants, which help to soothe and nourish the skin.

Due to its rich texture and nourishing, healing properties, it’s a great oil for dry skin.

  • 100% NATURAL – Pure and undiluted premium quality carrier oil. Vegan, GMO-free, cruelty-free, and sustainably sourced. Latin name: Triticum Vulgare.
  • CARRIER OIL – Cold pressed oil, extracted from the germof the wheat kernel. Can be used for the face, hair & body. Our wheatgerm oil is dark in colour because it’s less refined and this results in higher levels of active nutrients. It has a natural ‘wheaty’ and nutty aroma.
  • SKIN NOURISHING – Contains high concentrations of Essentially Fatty Acids (EFAs), Vitamin E, and Antioxidants.
  • SOOTHING – Helps to relieve dryness and soothe discomfort. Especially suited to mature or weathered skin. As it’s a thick oil, it works well to blend with other carrier oils when applying to the skin (at a ratio of 10% wheatgerm oil)
  • BESPOKE BLENDS – Add any essential oils and carrier oils of your choice to make a blend that works for your skin concerns

Why is our Wheatgerm Oil so great?

Our Wheatgerm oil comes from Argentina and is darker in colour than many other ones on the market. This is because its less refined and therefore, it contains a higher ratio of beneficial nutrients and vitamins.

To source the best essential oil suppliers, we travel the world and only opt for oils from controlled, sustainable sources that have little or no negative impact on the environment.

In addition, none of the Absolute Aromas products are tested on animals and all are vegan, cruelty-free, and free from GM materials.

Ingredients

Triticum Vulgare (Wheat) Germ Oil

How to use

Blend with other base/carrier oils. We would not recommend going above a 10% Wheatgerm Oil to 90% other base/carrier oil ratio.
