Suggested Uses

• Foot Refreshment: Blend 4 drops of Peppermint oil with 10ml of Sweet Almond oil and massage into tired feet.
• Digestive Aid Massage: Mix 2 drops with a teaspoon of Grapeseed oil and gently massage the abdomen using clockwise strokes.
• DIY Tummy Rub: Blend 1 drop of Peppermint oil with 5ml of Sweet Almond oil and massage in a clockwise direction.
• Room Fragrance: Add a few drops to an oil burner or diffuser, either alone or as part of a blend.
• Insect Repellent: Add 10 drops to a plant spray filled with water, shake well and spritz the room. Avoid polished wood and soft furnishings.
