CREAMY TOMATO PASTA
140g Really Healthy Red Lentil Pasta
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 tsp basil
1tsp chilli flakes
salt and pepper
1tbsp nutritional yeast
2 handfuls cashew nuts
Blend together, tomatoes, cashews, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, chilli flakes, nutritional yeast and salt and pepper until a smooth creamy sauce.
Heat the sauce on a low heat for 5-10 mins.
Cook the pasta for 5 minutes then drain and mix in with the sauce and enjoy!!
