Ingredients
Chamomile flower (31%), marigold flower, elderflower, licorice root, limeflower, lavender flower (6%) and rose flower (4%).
Preparation
Use one tea bag per standard mug (approximately 250ml). Pour over freshly boiled water and infuse for 5–6 minutes, or up to 15 minutes depending on your preferred flavour strength.
