Warehouse Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Assistant who will be responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager in completing all the tasks in the day-to-day warehouse operation.

As Warehouse Assistant your duties will include but not be limited to, monitoring the movement of stock within the warehouse, safely and correctly handling, storing, packing and unpacking of all items. All stock will need to be processed using the in-house database and bar code system, and you will be responsible for checking the condition of incoming and outgoing stock. You will also answer customer queries via email and on the telephone as and when required.

It is essential that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work in a methodical and tidy manner. Knowledge of Health & Safety would be an advantage; you should have experience of working in a physically demanding environment. You will need to be computer literate, possess good customer service skills and be a flexible team player.

Use of your own car is desirable.
